We are welcoming original artwork by children who have been diagnosed with Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) to create a collaboration art book. We need your help! Any medium is welcomed, and the theme is "Hearts."
All proceeds will be donated to Children's Heart Foundation - all funds strictly aid research on CHDs.
Please submit artwork with the following information:
* full name
* age
* diagnosis
* brief description about yourself
ONLY ONE SUBMISSION PER ARTIST, PLEASE.

Email a high-resolution JPG to:

OR
Mail a digital file on disc.
OR
Mail the original artwork with a SASE, and we will return your artwork.

About Us
Heart Babies of the Bay is a support group of the San Francisco Bay area. We provide support and social activities for families who have children with congenital heart defects. Our main goal is to support each other and raise funds for research of congenital heart defects through Children's Heart Foundation.
